Two parallel pots of money:

  1. HEAR (Home Electrification & Appliance Rebates) – up to $14 000 per household (income‑tested) for heat‑pump HVAC, induction stoves, wiring and panel upgrades.
  2. HOMES (Home Efficiency Rebates) – up to $8 000 for projects that cut whole‑home energy use 20 %+.
